Char-grilled sirloin blended with gorgonzola, scallions and garlic then broiled and drizzled with red pepper olive oil.

Soft Pretzel stuffed with jalepeno and cheddar then baked. Served with choice of dipping sauce

A mild banana pepper stuffed with a blend of pepper jack and herb infused ricottta cheese, lightly breaded and sauteed, served on a caramelized onion and crostini and finished with green tomato chutney.
