Salmon
- Fresh Fillet of salmon
char-grilled on a bed of cranberry walnut cole slaw drizzled with apple
cider vinaigrette.
Shrimp Diablo - Shrimp
sauteed with spicy sausage, olives, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms and
liguine. Finished with seafood broth and white wine.
Tilapia Italiano
- Fresh Tilapia topped
with tomatoes, bell peppers, asiago cheese, white wine, and butter,
then broiled.
Purple
Popeye
- Crispy breaded eggplant
topped with spinach, roasted red peppers, provolone and asiago cheese
then drizzled with honey dijon sauce.
Chicken Margery – Char-grilled chicken breast encrusted with pistachios
and topped with gorgonzola cheese then drizzled with roasted red pepper
vinaigrette.
Manhattan's Sirloin Steak
- Char-grilled sirloin
steak topped with sautéed mushrooms, roasted red peppers, crumbled blue
cheese, then broiled.
Fried
Shrimp Basket - Breaded
shrimp lightly fried and dusted with malt vinegar & sea salt.
Pasta Aleksandrov – Tomatoes,
garlic, shallots, basil, and fresh fennel all sauteed in olive oil and
finished with tomato sauce, heavy cream and vodka, tossed with pasta.

- Chicken
Sauteed with mushrooms and artichoke hearts, finished with sherry and
topped with provolone cheese.
Popeye Chicken – Char-grilled chicken topped with sautéed spinach
and provolone cheese then baked.
French Steak & Onion
Au Gratin – Classic french onion over a fire roasted sirloin
steak smothered with provolone and asiago cheese then baked.
Chicken Diane– Sauteed chicken breast with mushrooms and finished
with brandy dijon mustard demi glaze.
